Risk Management Of Pledge Supervision In DZ Logistics Co.,Ltd.

With the vigorous development of its pledge regulatory business, DZ logistics has expended its various patterns of pledge products into eight major industries. Cooperated with 16 banks, every pledge supervision project involves the interest of three parties, the banks, the enterprises and DZ Logistics. Due to the high risk caused by the diversity and complexity of the business, DZ Logistics has to re-evaluate the importance of risk management of its pledge supervision business. Risk control calls for DZ Logistics prompt attention.The first chapter of this thesis introduces the research background of the risk management. Chapter two analyses the current situation of risk management in its pledge business. In recent years, with the frequent occurrences of loan fraud, ownership disputes and forced delivery, risk management must be prioritized. Chapter three provides detailed causes of such risks. Chapter four proposes solutions in risk management. Chapter five is an example of applicable case and its result. Chapter six concludes the solution towards DZ logistics' risk management in pledge supervision business.This thesis mainly focuses on three points:(1)Referring to the main cause of DZ Logistics' risk, the thesis proposes to further improve the risk management organization, improve procedures of risk management link, improve prior control, improve the support to the risk management in respect of equipment, environment and personnel and improve the idea of risk management.(2)Through cases of ShunDa forced delivery incident, AnDa pledge ownership dispute incident and DaLian warehouse fire incident, this thesis analyses and develops the risk management procedure to prevent the occurrence of similar incidents.(3)The research of this thesis proves to be feasible by practice examples.Proposes close-loop risk management procedure, add supervision improvement to the procedure, establishes pledge supervision center, effectively controls the damage of risk incidents, and solves the repeatable occurrences of loan fraud and ownership disputes incidents.Designs standard operation procedure(SOP) of the management, proven by TaiLiDa Bronze Project to be feasible. The SOP quantizes the management of the supervisors, decreases the error rate cause by artificial control, increased the efficiency of the project supervision.
