The Risk And Countermeasure Research Of DG Logistics Company's Pledge Supervision Business

Financing limitations of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises restrict the further development of SMEs.On the one hand,business of SMEs are small in scale,it is difficult for SMEs to get good credit rating of the bank.On the other hand,SMEs lack fixed assets such as real estate that can be mortgaged.Therefore,it is urgent for SMEs to expand financing channels.And then we can solve the financing difficult of SMEs.By Pledge supervision of raw materials,semi-finished products,inventory and other current assets,SMEs get the loan from banks.Pledge supervision is becoming more and more important for SMEs to finance.Meanwhile,along with the fierce competition of Chinese logistics service market,the traditional business such as transportation,storage,loading and unloading made less and less contribution to logistics enterprises' profit.Logistics enterprises have to create innovative services,and then upgrade smoothly.Pledge supervision has gradually become a new hot field of logistics services.However,development of pledge supervision business in our country is still in its infancy.A lot of problems still exist: operation mode is not standard,Laws and regulations is not sound.Logistics enterprises as regulators often take huge risk.So,it is urgent and important to resolve the risk hidden in the pledge supervision.Based on analyzing the present situation of DG logistics company's pledge supervision business,this paper has analyzed the risk of the pledge supervision business that DG logistics company has to face using the relevant theories of finance and management.The study found that there are three types of risk in DG logistics company's pledge supervision business,namely credit risk,pledge risk and supervision operation risk.Through the risk prevention and control strategies that this paper made,DG logistics company has improved the level of the pledge supervision business,and enriched the management mechanism of the risk.Meanwhile,I hope that the conclusion of this paper may benefit logistics enterprises in their pledge supervision business.
