Along with the rapid development of our economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,for the purpose of public interests,national construction,the demand for land is increasing,due to the limited land resources available,had to be levied from the rural collective land to meet the needs of national construction land,but caused by the rural land and the corresponding disputes,etc.More and more.However,our current about rural land expropriation compensation system,there are many inappropriate regulations lead to the amount of land expropriation compensation has been high,become the contradiction between the government and farmers to produce one of the reasons,it has affected the farmers' legal rights and interests,also affects the sustainable development of agricultural economy and society in China.By reasonable way to solve the problems in rural land expropriation compensation system,can effectively alleviate for rural land expropriation and compensation caused by all kinds of social contradictions.With the speeding up of the Tibet autonomous regional urbanization,the country's economic construction,which needs more and more land resource support,and the state-owned land limited determines the inevitable land from farmers by the government.Is a very important means of production,farmers' land is the source of the farmer's wealth,is the production security and farmers' life security,land of farmers to impose this could damage to the vital interests of the farmers.So,under the current system in Tibet,and puts forward Suggestions to further improve the system of land expropriation compensation in Tibet,we are now is an urgent need to solve the problem,it is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers,to build a harmonious XiCangDou has very important significance.Based on Tibet Lhasa chengguan tamar problems of village land expropriation compensation system,to tamar survey on the current situation of village land expropriation compensation system,the research analyzes the tamar village land expropriation compensation system existence deficiency: unclear land expropriation compensation principle,land expropriation compensation scope is narrow,low land requisition compensation standard,the land-lost farmers resettlement way simple,imperfect land expropriation compensation program: because of land-lost farmers is difficult to get to participate in the process of land expropriation compensation,it can no longer be to safeguard its own real rights,land expropriation compensation system defects and supervision deficiencies in the process of land expropriation compensation,etc.In view of this,the author through to the qinghai province land expropriation compensation system for reference,to improve the system of land expropriation compensation in Tibet to give some revelation: to improve land requisition compensation standard,expand the scope of land requisition compensation,rich land expropriation compensation,land compensation procedures,etc.Full text has divided into four parts: the first part introduced in this paper,the research background,significance,content and method,innovation points and deficiencies;The second part introduces the theoretical basis of land expropriation compensation system,as well as the land expropriation compensation system has theoretical and practical significance;The third part is the part to Tibet Lhasa chengguan tamar village as the breakthrough point,to tamar village land expropriation compensation system existence question and the reason analysis;The fourth part is mainly about the land expropriation compensation system of qinghai province is introduced,based on the relevant advanced experience of land expropriation compensation in qinghai province,puts forward some Suggestions of perfecting the land expropriation compensation system in Tibet.
