An Empirical Study Among Achievement Motivation,Resilience And Entrepreneurial Behavior

Lots of people want to be an entrepreneur and to realize their own value under the policy that entrepreneurship drives employment.However,there is a serious imbalance between entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior.In order to explore the reasons,this study putted forward the research hypothesis,and built the study model among achievement motivation,resilience and entrepreneurial behavior after reviewing the relevant literature.Based on maturity questionnaires at home and abroad,we distributed by face to face,WeChat and QQ channels to study people who working in Henan province with entrepreneurial activity,we finely have proven 214 samples are effective and used SPSS19.0 for empirical analysis.We have concluded three conclusions after empirical analysis.The first one is that the achievement motivation has a positive influence on entrepreneurial behavior.The motivation to approach success has a positive influence on entrepreneurial behavior but the motivation to avoid failure has a negative influence on entrepreneurial behavior.The second one is that the resilience has a positive influence on entrepreneurial behavior.The third one is that the resilience as a negative moderator between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial behavior.The resilience is not a moderator between the motivation of seeking success and entrepreneurial behavior but the resilience as a positive moderator between the motivation of avoiding failure and entrepreneurial behavior.Finally,this study discussed the conclusions among the three variables and provided some suggestions which are useful to the entrepreneurs.The results of the study have also providedpractical values to potential entrepreneurs.
