College students' entrepreneurship has always been a hot topic of social concern.On the one hand,the increase in the number of graduate students every year has caused great pressure on the employment of college graduates,and the problem of College Students' difficulty in employment continues to ferment.On the other hand,our government actively encourages and guides college students' self employment according to current employment situation and market demand for labor force,and provides policy support for college students' entrepreneurship through various channels.At the same time,the change of college students' vocational values has created more possibilities for college students to start a business.Therefore,the motivation and inducing factors of college students' entrepreneurship have become an important topic in the academic circle.This paper analyzed the process of college students' entrepreneurial behavior.The structure of this article is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This part mainly introduced the research background,purpose and significance of the study,research methods and ideas,research content,research innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter is the theoretical review and research hypothesis.The main content of this part was to comb the theory related to this article.Specifically,this paper first summarized the research achievements about achievement motivation,entrepreneurial intention,perceived social support and entrepreneurial behavior.Secondly,according to the research of scholars,it analyzed the logical relationship between the four,and put forward the main research hypotheses in this paper.The third chapter is research design.This part mainly introduced the research object and the research tool,namely the scale.The fourth chapter is the analysis and discussion of the empirical research.This part was mainly to use the survey data to verify the research hypothesis.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions.This part was mainly based on the empirical analysis above,and put forward the policy suggestions to promote college students' entrepreneurship.In particular,firstly,motivating the achievement motivation of college students.In order to improve the motivation of college students to pursue success,it is very important to establish and render a successful positive entrepreneurial image,so as to give students positive energy.At the same time,improving college students' entrepreneurial confidence can inhibit the motivation to avoid failure.In addition,schools need to identify students with achievement motivation and guide them to develop,which includes drawing lessons from foreign excellent curriculum system of entrepreneurship education to enrich the current entrepreneurship curriculum;improving the practicality of entrepreneurship education;inviting social entrepreneurs to act as entrepreneurial mentors for college students,whose task is to share their entrepreneurial experiences with their classmates,including how to choose entrepreneurial projects,problems often encountered in entrepreneurship,and how to manage companies;enhancing the differences in entrepreneurship education.Entrepreneurship curriculum must consider the individual characteristics of students and find their differences comprehensively,so as to develop distinctive entrepreneurship education programs for different student groups.Secondly,improving the willingness of college students to start a business.College students should define their roles as job providers instead of job seekers,and take entrepreneurship as an important source of personal value,that is,in their professional values,enhancing personal accomplishment is the core motivation for starting a business.Besides,students should form a good psychological quality of entrepreneurship,and they must be aware of the entrepreneurial process difficult and complex.Even if the business is not successful,they should keep the enthusiasm of entrepreneurship,and strive to achieve success through self efforts and actively seeking outside help.Moreover,college students should exercise their own entrepreneurial ability through various channels.Thirdly,Creating a good social support environment.The government policy is not only limited to the protection of the early stage of entrepreneurship,such as the venture capital,and the continuity of the preferential policy is very important.In addition,in order to change the traditional concept of adverse effects on the entrepreneurship of college students,parents should eliminate negative views on entrepreneurship and regard both employment and entrepreneurship as the normal choice for the future career development of college students.Besides,to encourage college students to start a business,enterprises should bear certain social responsibilities.
