With the advent of the era of global electronic information, printers are more and more integrated into the people's work and life in every aspects, which is the most basic external output devices of the computer.Printers are becoming an indispensable office assistant. With the rapid development of electronic technology, more and more advanced, better performance, more functional printer is used. But it also can led to an increasing end-of-life printers. If we can not make a reasonable recovery, the environmental hazards and potential environmental risks will become more and more serious. As a kind of electronic waste,End-of-Life Printers are different from the general solid waste, which will cause serious harm to soil, water and so on.At the same time, its plastic and metal parts have a high resource reuse value. Therefore, the need for scientific recycling management is urgent. On the basis of the research and theory on electronic products remanufacturing in China and foreign countries, this paper analyzes the structure, function, characteristics and operation process of X's reverse logistics network. And this paper analyzes the problems existing in the reverse logistics network of X company. In order to solve the existing problems of X company, firstly,The model of reverse logistics network for End-of-Life printers printer is established, and the uncertain factors are introduced into the model.Considering the uncertainty of recovery quality and quantity and the influence of the carbon emissions,a mixed integer linear programming model was built based of the target of carbon emission and cost minimization. And the uncertainty mixed integer linear programming model has been turn into fuzzy chance constrained programming model through uncertain planning theory as well as the model clarity. In addition, the paper uses the grey GM(1,1)prediction model to forecast for printers product sales of Henan, and applies the market supply model for the amount of electronic wastes in Henan and predicts the spatial distribution analysis. Finally,The genetic algorithm program is designed to solve the problem by using the matlab7.0.And through a numerical analysis of network dynamic optimization model for solving cases,it proves the validity and rationality of the optimization model.Through the study of this paper,I hope it can provide some help for managers to make decisions.
