Opportunities And Challenges: Throughout Sino-Kyrgyzstan Relations Under The Background Of Silk Road Economic Belt

On September 7,2013,President Xi Jinping proposed Silk Road Economic Belt among Asian and European countries during his visit to Kazakhstan.This initiative has been a widely response among the countries along the Silk Road.In recent years,influenced by the financial crisis and European debt crisis,the world economic growth of countries along the silk road are also facing a dilemma,promoting economic development through cooperation has become the consensus of all countries,put forward the new silk road economic belt construction become an effective proposal.Five central Asian countries as foreign first link of the construction of the new Silk Road Economic Belt,implementation between China and the five central Asian countries especially with Kyrgyzstan to achieve good economic and trade cooperation is essential to the future development of the economy.Since entering the new century,China and Kyrgyzstan's trade and economic cooperation and development is not balanced.The advantages in the process of economic and trade cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan development include: friendly political cooperation environment,that provides the political guarantee for bilateral economic and trade development;Xinjiang has the obvious location advantages and cultural advantages;Under the background of Russia in Europe and the United States sanctions to strengthen cooperation with China.Kyrgyzstan‘s special geopolitical strategic position and abundant energy resources are the significant reason to achieve good communication between China and Kyrgyzstan.The cooperation is particularly important to establish a cooperation mechanism,besides,China's cooperation with Kyrgyzstan faces competition from other countries.In addition,the influence of the "China threat theory" and the changing of world pattern.These elements are the unfavorable factors that exist in the five central Asian countries economic and trade cooperation.Silk Road Economic Belt belongs to the cross-border traffic economic belt,flexible cooperation will realize the regional economic cooperation,and as a loose integration,it won't break the existing institutional arrangements for regional cooperation.Silk road economic belt to open to the west of China is made for the Chinese economic development space,promote the transfer of China's industrial upgrading,improve capital market activity,and realize the internationalization of CNY.Silk Road Economic Belt construction is also beneficial to the perfection of China's neighboring countries industrial system,expand trade with asia-pacific countries and European countries,realize the stable economic development of China's neighboring countries.This paper introduces diplomatic exchanges between China and Kyrgyzstan,based on the considerations in the framework of "One Belt And One Road" development and the opportunities and challenges of auspicious bilateral diplomacy,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.In order to promote China's economic and trade cooperation with Kyrgyzstan,China must adhere to the "win-win" cooperation policy,and realize the common development of China and Kyrgyzstan,the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt will create a good external environment for China's neighboring countries,together with "community of destiny","community of interests",and ensure the common development and tranquility of our country and neighboring countries.
