Under The Background Of "Silk Road Economic Belt And Eurasian Economic Union" China,Kazakhstan And Kyrgyzstan's Economic Cooperation Study

In September 2013,the Chinese President Xi Jinping made an important speech at the Nazarbayev university,and he first proposed to construct a major strategic—— "the silk road economic belt".This is a strategic direction that China bases on the present stage and faces the future,and also it is China's first attempt to integration into the Eurasia under the new historical geographical conditions.From the commonwealth of independent states to a customs union to the Eurasian economic union was officially launched on January 1,2015,Russia has been committed to tie the former Soviet republics together in a different form,since the collapse of the Soviet union in 1991.Central Asia plays a very important role,that is located in the " heart " of the Eurasian area,to make“Silk road economic belt " connect the east Asia economic circle with the European economic circle.The range of“Silk road economic belt " and the existing members' range of the "Eurasian economic union" and its futher radiation range have overlap,which makes two strategic leading countries——China and Russia's interests overlaps in central Asia.But in the present international environment,there are very broad cooperation space between Russia and China.In order to promote the two syrategies can progress in the direction of the planning,In May 2015,China and Russia issued a joint statement agreed to integrate the former's Silk Road Economic Belt initiative with the latter's aspiration under the Eurasian Economic Union framework.However,for central Asian countries,military powers Russian and economic power China,they are both play a indispensable role in these countries' development.Based on the theory of human geography and world economy and trade geography,this paper uses ArcGIS spatial analysis and mapping function.By the method of literature data,chart,analysis and synthesis,the paper makes an analysis of the connection between "one areaand one league",the characteristics of economic cooperation between China ?Kazakhstan andKyrgyzstan,the existing problems in the three fields of energy,transportation and investment and the existing problems at the present stage.In the context of "one country alliance" docking cooperation,based on Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan and China and Russia themselves Related interests,this paper puts forward the future economic cooperation ideas and direction,as follows: weakening China's threat theory to stabilize China's role in international affairs;"grant to the fishing",using technology and financial assistance to deepen the the cooperation in the areas of energy,agriculture,transportation and manufacturing;speeding up the process of regional trade liberalization and the construction of China-Eurasian Economic Union Free Trade Area;using of Chinese-funded Guadelouer and China-Pakistan Economic Corridor to find the sea for Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan and other landlocked countries in Central Asia to better docking "area with a League."...
