Countermeasures Research For Agricultural Structure Adjustment In Minqin Oasis

With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,traditional agriculture already cannot meet the increasing demand for agricultural products and continuous improvement of quality level.In this case,agricultural structure adjustment and the structural reform of agricultural supply have become the most powerful guarantee,a ways to resolve the development of agricultural transformation,and lead farmers and herdsmen to affluence harmonious and stable development of rural social economy.Especially in recent years,farmers have gradually realized the shortcomings of traditional agriculture under the double squeeze of increasing agricultural costs and declining product benefits,they must rely on modern agricultural technology support and adjust the agricultural structure.Taken Minqin County as an example,this study aimed to develop modern agriculture to deeply optimize existing industrial structure and adjust the direction of agricultural development.The current agricultural development has entered a key step in transformation and upgrading,summarizing the theoretical and practical aspects of agricultural structure adjustment,grasping current economic situation and pointing out direction of adjustment.Further adjustment and optimization of agricultural structure is the problem-oriented homeopathic and it is the significance of extremely important to promote the construction of Minqin modern agriculture,accelerate agricultural efficiency and increase farmers income.Combined with the basic situation of the county to Minqin and start with the need of agricultural structure adjustment of Minqin Oasis,this paper analyzed the current situation of agricultural structure adjustment of Minqin,pointed out problems and restraining factors in further optimizing agricultural structure.Meanwhile,the suggestions are come up with problems and restraining factors raised above.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The current situation of agricultural structure adjustment in Minqin County oasis region:the county's total water consumption is 3.5873 trillion cubic meters;agricultural irrigation water amounted to 2.2314 trillion cubic meters till 2015.The crops are main corn and wheat(about23.56 million mu),the cash crops are cotton(7.5 million mu),sunflower seeds(17.27 million mu),vegetables(9.56 million mu),melons,melon,fruits and vegetables(3.7 million mu),Chineseherbal medicines(11.08 million mu);livestock and poultry amounted to 3.98 million,the total outputs of meat are 19,000 tons;egg and milk production are 0.3 million tons and 0.07 million tons respectively.2.In recent years,Minqin oasis agricultural structure adjustment has obtained remarkable achievements,mainly reflected as follow: the ration of first,second and tertiary industries accounted for 44.3: 21.1: 34.6 in 2006,which adjusted to 34.1: 31.6: 34.43 in 2015,reflecting continuous optimizing and upgrading.On the perspective of the internal structure adjustment of the planting industry,the area of grain crops and cash crops has been adjusted from 37.07: 44.95 in 2006 to 28.12: 50.20 in 2015.On the perspective of livestock and poultry industry,meet production gradually increased from 285.2 million in 2006 to 388.76 million in 2014.On the land use mode,the land circulation has effectively to changed land business model,promoted the agricultural structure adjustment and industrial upgrading,and improved the scale of agricultural production and intensive level.However,there are still problems existed in current structure,for instance,unreasonable plant breeds combination in crop production,inconspicuous advantage in industry of special fruits and trees,and low industrialization level of greenhouse agriculture and animal husbandry.3.In the future,the agricultural structure adjustment in Minqin County should focus on improving the quality and efficiency of special fruit and tree industry,improving the level of industrialization of greenhouse agriculture and animal husbandry,cultivating and completing market service system,increasing the intensity of land circulation,expediting the speed of the rural informational construction,and increasing the support of science and technology and so on.
