Poverty Feminization is an urgent problem to be solved that exists in many developing countries in the process of industrialization and urbanization.In China,rural women account for about one-fourth of the total population of the country,accounting for more than 60% of the rural labor force.Due to the large population base in China,the feminization of poverty is particularly serious in our country,so it is urgent to promote the development of poor women and alleviate the feminization of poverty.Poverty eradication is the first major event and the first livelihood projects during China's "Thirteen-Five”.Poverty Feminization is one of the most important features of rural poverty in our country at this stage.It is very necessary and important to curb and eliminate the feminization of poverty.Financial support is a proven effective means of poverty alleviation,Women Micro-Credit(hereinafter "WMC")is booming in our country in this context.Scholars are not sure "WMC" can play a positive role in China.Secondly,the "WMC" has more than seven years pilot implementation in China,but has still not been into the country,so,from the perspective of improving the policy where to start?Based on the above considerations,this article to "WMC" policy satisfaction evaluation as the research theme,and select the "small loans" work more representative of Gansu Province as the research object.By investigating the evaluation of the satisfaction of the rural women in Gansu and the interviews with the relevant departments and the staff,the paper analyzes the implementation of the "WMC" in the rural areas of Gansu.The purpose of this paper is to find out whether the "WMC" help to alleviate the feminization of poverty and put forward some constructive measures that can effectively improve the policy of "WMC" and promote the work of "WMC" opinion.The main body of this paper focuses on the following six chapters:Chapter 1 is the introduction;it mainly introduces the background and significance of this research,the relevant literature at home and abroad,technical route and method,and finally introduces the main content of this study,the overall framework and possible innovation.Chapter 2 is the theoretical basis of the study of "WMC" audience satisfaction;this chapter first introduces the concept of several keywords involved in the study,and then elaborates the theoretical basis of this study.Chapter 3 is the implementation status of "WMC" in Gansu rural areas.This part mainly introduces the policy evolution;the main operation mode and the implementation effect of the "WMC" work in Gansu Province.Chapter 4 is to construct audience satisfaction evaluation model and the index system of the “WMC",this chapter and the fifth chapter are the core of this research.This chapter explains in detail the "WMC" satisfaction model design and evaluation index system's construction.At the same time,this section describes the sources of data used in this study and the statistics on the basic situation of women who sample loans.In short,this chapter provides theoretical and data support for this study.Chapter 5 is the Gansu rural "WMC" audience satisfaction analysis;this chapter mainly analyzes the satisfaction status of the loan women to the "WMC",and also explains the relationship between the overall satisfaction and the loyalty of the loan women while calculating the overall satisfaction.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and suggestion;this chapter summarizes the conclusions of this paper,and in view of the shortcomings of rural "small loans" in the implementation process,the author mainly combines the questionnaire and interviews with effective information in the dialogue,put forward A number of recommendations to improve the rural Gansu "WMC" audience satisfaction.Finally,the study shows that Gansu rural "WMC" to effectively improve the survival of the audience and their families and the development of the situation,effectively alleviate the phenomenon of poverty and feminization,improve the rural audience economic,political and social status,effectively promoted the rural gender equality.Meanwhile,the study also found that the policy on content,process and service deficiencies and needs to be improved.Based on this,the author puts forward the opinions and suggestions of this paper based on the analysis of interview data and questionnaire survey data For the audience concerned about the short period of repayment,a single form of security,loan items vulnerable to bad weather and market fluctuations and the impact of policy continuity and other issues.At present,there are few researches on "small loans" in our country,and the existing research is qualitative research.This rural "WMC" audience satisfaction study will be an important supplement to the academic study on the "WMC”.Meanwhile,the rural "WMC" as important measure to implement precision poverty alleviation,promote rural gender equality,and solve the "three rural" problem in China.Improving the good policy and enhancing the audience satisfaction,will promote the quality of precision out of poverty,speed up rural gender equality,develop rural economy,and Help make up the well-off society in rural areas.
