While the internet is applied to people's life is just over 10 years,but it changes the world smaller than any former technology with its faster speed.These features of internet are on time,high speed,low cost and high efficiency and it has more advantages than any former technologies,and relationship between person and person are extended,and information flows have been drastically changed,and people's behaviors of buy are reshaped.Now people can easy search any information which they need,information flows,goods flows and capitals flows can directly contact in no time between demander and supplier which connected by traditional means in the past,so that the emerging e-commerce was given many advantages than traditional business.E-commerce engulfs all of traditional retail business after the confidence between buyers and sellers were solved on shopping website.Many of traditional retail companies were bankrupted.Shenzhen WIK is a traditional enterprise which produces small domestic appliances and it is in a crisis of survival or dying,all of employees are anxious during they are on duties.And many of employees resigned,and many of dealers were bankrupted,some sales outlets were dismissed,Shenzhen WIK is in a situation of vicious circle.Its former successful experiences could not make it success any longer,all of employees are worrying the future of the company.The core task of this article is researching and solving the crisis of survival or dying by researching the essential rulers of marketing,adding some of marketing factors of present society.To inspect the former experiences could help the enterprise to be success,and reexamined the marketing strategies factors of 4Ps.To create new marketing strategies of survival and development for this company save its life.
