At present,in the field of tea industry,in the face of huge market space and growing consumer demand for endpoints,domestic capital has arranged tea industry.As a state-owned listed company,Shenzhen Shenbao Industrial Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Shenbao"),which has become the main industry of tea industry in China,has entered the field of deep processing of tea from 2002 and gradually took the tea industry as the main business.After the completion of private placement,from 2012 to start the implementation of the transformation and upgrading strategy.At present,Shenbao has formed a set of raw materials cultivation,production and processing,brand marketing,factor trading as one of the tea industry chain system.Shenbao transformation and upgrading is from the front of the industrial chain of heavy asset investment stage,and gradually transferred to the end of the industrial chain of consumer goods commercial operation stage.The kombucha project is one of the products with high value added in the strategy of Shenbao transformation.In the current situation,the kombucha project has the conditions for the commercialization of end products before entering the full harvest period.It is recommended that in the next three years,Shenbao will invest in the establishment of a joint venture company(Baoshengtang)to implement the kombucha project.Based on the theoretical tools and objectives of the tea enzyme project,this business plan draws on the relevant theory and analysis tools through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the project,especially the competitive situation analysis,and draws the conclusion to support the project and implementation.At the same time,the five modules of marketing,project management,human resources,financing and financial analysis,risk control and other projects are analyzed and designed,and concrete measures are put forward.In order to enhance the feasibility of the implementation of the tea enzyme project and achieve the expected business objectives,according to the differentiation strategy developed in this paper,focusing on similar to the Shenbao of state-owned enterprises in the consumer terminal product differentiation design,brand data marketing,,Full ownership plan,etc.,made the analysis and program design,so that it has a relatively strong exploration and practical reference.
