Research On The Management Of The Insurance Of Major Diseases In Gansu Province

Study in this paper,a serious illness insurance regulatory issues in Gansu province,combined with the related knowledge of public management,based on the analysis on the current situation of a serious illness insurance regulation,by means of literature research,field research method,etc,further analyzes the Gansu province a serious illness insurance regulation legal system is not sound,financial management is not standard,insufficient medical oversight role play,etc.In this paper,the author analyzes the existing problems in the aspects of the lack of system construction,the intensity of punishment,the weakening of external supervision and the division of the department.The following Suggestions are made: to further improve the legal system,and to do so.We will increase administrative penalties and increase the illegal cost of market entities.Change internal and external supervision,and urge market players to improve customer service level;we will break down barriers between departments,promote the establishment of information sharing mechanism,and better play the role of medical supervision.Through a serious illness insurance supervision mechanism,solve the Gansu province of the practical problems and difficulties of a serious illness insurance,clear the way for the subsequent development of a serious illness insurance,set up benign circulation mechanism of the development of a serious illness insurance,really put the people's livelihood project,do a good job,do make urban and rural residents to enjoy the national health policy brings the sunshine rain and dew.
