Research On Coordinated Development Of Urban Economy-energy-environment (3e):Take Qingdao As An Example

At present,China's economic into the new normal period.The "13th Five-Year" plan put forward "the five development of the concept of innovation,harmony,green,open and sharing".The five development ideas connect and promote each other,which is an internal connection.The innovation development is the power;the coordinated development is the method;the green development is the direction;the open development is the strategy;the sharing development is the end result.Coordination focuses on the development of imbalances.City is an important space carrier for the development of our national economy.Economy is the internal driving force of urban development,energy is the material guarantee for urban development,environment is the cornerstone of urban development.The city's economy,energy and environment influence each other,promote each other and restrict each other.Coordinating the relationship between urban economy,energy and environment is of great significance to promote the transformation of urban development and realize the sustainable development of cities.Firstly,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the development of "2E" and "3E" by experts and scholars at home and abroad with the help of relevant research methods of informatics.Taking the time as the axis,combing the domestic and foreign important research contents and viewpoints,so as to understand the context and footprint of "2E" and "3E" coordinated development research.Based on the basic concepts of system and coordinated development theory,the logical framework of urban coordinated development evaluation is build.Taking Qingdao as a case,this paper conducts an empirical study on the coordinated development of urban "3E" in two aspects.On the one hand,the author makes a horizontal comparative analysis of the "3E" coordination level of the 17 cities in Shandong province in 2014;on the other hand,it conducts a longitudinal dynamic study on the "3E" coordinated development level of Qingdao in 2006-2015.At the same time,forecast the coordination level of "3E" in Qingdao in 2020.
