Under the Age of Service Economy background,our country is realizing making the transition from a big manufacture country to a powerful manufacture country,the manufacturing servitization is an important development direction of manufacturing industry.At present,due to the large number of idle and uneven distribution of manufacturing resources,the development of the whole manufacturing industry is restricted.In order to solve the above problems,our country put forward the strategy of developing the information and service of manufacturing industry.In this environment,a new manufacturing model based on Service--Cloud Manufacturing is put forward.it implements the manufacturing resource share and services across the enterprise,and effectively improve the efficiency of manufacturing resources.As one of the key technologies of cloud manufacturing,the optimal matching of manufacturing resources is an important guarantee for the quality and satisfaction of cloud manufacturing services.However,there are still some deficiencies of current research,the research focused on the hard manufacturing resources,ignoring the research of human resources;the matching process in the optimization of its resources,only consider the demand for resources,provide resources inadequate consideration;service selection process,the lack of resources for both supply and demand preference.Therefore,this paper combined with the characteristics of human resources,through the analysis of optimization of cloud manufacturing theory and cloud manufacturing environment resources,the status quo,this paper proposes a cloud manufacturing environment,a new method for the optimization of human resources.First of all,this method puts forward the matching description model of human resource supply and demand,and based on this,studies the optimal matching of human resources from two aspects of demand side and supplier view.Secondly,the human resource optimization matching from the perspective of the demand side is divided into two stages: the rough matching of human resources and the fine matching of the human resource provider.In the rough matching stage of human resources,this paper proposes a selection mechanism based on its attributes to obtain candidate human resource sets that meet the requirements.During the matching phase of human resource provider,combined with human resource demand preference,calculation model of constructing the human resources to provide comprehensive service ability,and complete the candidate human resource provider matching integrated service capabilities based on.Then,the human resource optimization matching from the angle of view is provided,which mainly solves the optimization problem when the same human resource provider is chosen by a number of human resource requirements,In the foundation of the human resource demand evaluation system,combined with human resource provider supply preferences,consider the optimal human resource substitutability,puts forward the calculation model of human resource demand side needs comprehensive ability and comprehensive ability,the demand is completed based on human resource needs of the candidate party matching,matching the final completion of the optimization of human resources.Finally,the simulation results show that the method is effective,and the superiority of the method is proved by comparing with the current method.
