Cloud manufacturing is developed in recent years gradually,which is supported by Internet and Internet of things.The cloud manufacturing organizes manufacturing resources online according to the customer's demand,and provides users with a mew mode of networked manufacturing of various kinds of manufacturing services.In cloud manufacturing model,the enterprise virtualize available manufacturing resources or manufacturing capability and access to the cloud manufacturing service platform,after which the enterprise will be the manufacturing resources and manufacturing capability provider.The manufacturing resources and manufacturing capability user employ the resources in cooperation with providers,through the cloud manufacturing service platform which can find and access to these resources.In the environment of cloud manufacturing,manufacturing resources have some characteristics such as distribution,sharing,diversity,dynamic,autonomy,and real-time.In order to manage manufacturing resources effectively in the environment of cloud manufacturing,and achieve comprehensive sharing of resources,it is important to establish a classification model for manufacturing resources and integrate and model these discrete resources.Then,the cloud platform of manufacturing resources should be structured,and the management and operation should be optimized.Finally,manufacturing resources will be easily searched and used in the cloud platform.This thesis introduces the concept of sub-chain,to define the supplier's local supply chain.Sub-chain refers to several chain cloud manufacturing resources integrated by node cloud manufacturing resources and existed in some certain business connection or relations.The cloud sub-chain manufacturing resource is presented as a whole with certain manufacturing capacity externally.The sub-chain is the local part of the whole supply chain in manufacturing enterprise.The sub-chain takes part of the discrete manufacture resource to be accessed the cloud platform,which can alleviate the difficulties of the cloud manufacturing resources quantity large and irregular,so as to simplify the complexity of supply chain management and reflect the partial supply-demand relationship with relatively wider coverage.Researching the traditional characteristics and classification method of the cloud manufacturing resources,this thesis puts forward the characteristics of cloud manufacturing resources based on the sub chain.Andaccording to the different levels of sub chain,this thesis classifies the manufacturing resources identically.This thesis combining ontology with the manufacturing resources standards,classifies cloud manufacturing resources uniformly.Based on supply chain integration,this thesis puts forward the cloud manufacturing resource model based on sub chain in the form of expression.Then,based on sub-chain and using Protégé,a unified semantic model is established for cloud resources description.Its purpose is to unify the manufacturing resources model in description,expression and understanding,and lay the foundation for structuring a cloud platform of sub-chain.Finally,based on the main target method,this thesis constructs the optimization mathematical model of the sub-chain of cloud which be quantitatively calculated and analysed,to get the accurate and optimal sub-chain of cloud.
