With the development of society, the position of logistics in the industry is becoming increasingly important. Power grid enterprise as an important pillar of the national economy, its logistics material management capability affects their own benefit, it also relates to common people’s lives, and the whole social development. In the logistics management of power grid enterprise, warehousing and distribution management is a very important part, which includes material storage management, distribution management mode management, node location and so on. Nowadays, the impact of power grid material management on power grid enterprises is becoming significant,establishing an effective warehousing and distribution network is one of the important means that make sure power grid material circulate efficiently and improve the benefit of overall power grid enterprises. So, there is great significance to optimize power material warehousing and distribution network and node location to reduce costs, ensure supplies, improve enterprise benefits and social benefits.This paper studies the power grid material warehousing and distribution network optimization and node location. First, it elaborates the basic theory of warehousing and distribution network optimization, including the theory of logistics network, warehousing material classification, logistics node location. It provides a theoretical basis for the following research; Secondly, it analyzes the status quo and problems of the power grid material warehousing and distribution management, and puts forward the emphasis of optimizing the storage and distribution problems. It provides a realistic basis for the following research. On this basis, this paper optimizes the design of power gird material warehousing and distribution network, and proposed a network level, and clearly classified warehousing material management and mode selection;Finally, for nodes location optimization problem, combined with the power grid material own characteristics, this paper established the location models of distribution center warehouse and regional warehouse, while proposed the quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm and heuristic algorithm to solve the model, and introducing the examples for confirmation. The result shows that the models and algorithms established are effective. Therefore, there is great practical significance on the power grid material warehousing and distribution network optimization, mathematical models and algorithms proposed in this paper to improve the logistics management of power grid enterprise.
