Research On The Structure Of Socialist Ownership With Chinese Characteristics

Ownership is the sum of social production relations.Marxist theory of ownership structure is based on the principle of productivity decides production relationships.The ownership structure of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the crystallization of Marxism and it is also the great achievements that Chinese Communist Party has gotten since the reform and opening up,which with public ownership as the main body,a variety of ownership economy common developing.We always adhere to the guiding position of Marxism,at the same time we also absorb the lessons of socialist construction of Soviet and the experience we got before China's reform and opening up.Based on the primary stage of socialism's basic national conditions and the "three favorables",we explored out this suitable ownership structure with Chinese characteristics.Improving the ownership structure needs stick to the principal position of public ownership,encourage and support and guide the development of the non-public sector,especially develop the mixed ownership economy.We should understand the mixed ownership economy from the perspective of micro enterprise.In essence,the mixed ownership economy is joint-stock economy,which is an energetic and efficiency capital organization form.The mixed ownership economy is the basic economic system of the form,so under the correct leadership of the party,we need adhere to the principle of the bidirectional hybrid,and develop the mixed ownership economy that state-owned capital holding and non-public capital holdings equally.According to the market law of development,we should improve the legal system,and mix the stock of state-owned capital and non-public capital appropriately in order to give the mixed ownership economy full play in the ownership structure.
