| With the human society into the Internet economy era,the thinking of Internet has penetrated into all aspects of social development.The rapid development of Internet economy,as well as the universal application of Internet technology,has brought unprecedented challenges and development opportunities to the development of China’s manufacturing industry.Thus,How the China’s household electrical appliance enterprises to follow the trend of development in the era of homeopathy,as all household electrical appliance enterprises should further considered.The rapid development of Internet economy has brought profound changes to our household electrical appliance enterprises,whether it is from the direction of enterprise development,R & D,production,marketing and corporate structure,etc.,or external consumer consumption patterns,preferences,All have a profound impact on the value chain of home appliance enterprises.Home appliance enterprises in order to quickly change the times and the industry almost white-hot competition in an invincible position,it must be in the new "Internet +" era background,with the Internet thinking to rethink the enterprise’s own value chain.With the user-centric,product-centric,and use the Internet thinking to reshape the value chain in the enterprise to create value,and strive to create value for the user,to bring more value-added enterprises to achieve business value maximization goals for users,Employees,shareholders and other stakeholders to increase wealth.Based on the analysis of the value management of the Group,this paper explores the beauty of the Group as a private traditional household electrical appliance enterprises in China,how does the company achieve the success of the 2015 "Fortune" China Top 500 list ranked first in home appliance business,and successfully entered the 2015 Forbes World 500 list after more than 30 years of development.In this paper,we firstly introduced the relevant theoretical basis,and then analyzes the influence of "Internet +" on the value management of household electrical appliance enterprises: the globalization of users,the diversification of demand,the flexibility of manufacturing,the marketing model " Internet " and the organization " to the center ";followed by the proposed home appliance enterprises to face these effects need to take the response measures,and then the United States as a case study group,analysis of its implementation of value management path,including global layout,Research and development of innovative investment,the implementation of "smart home + intelligent manufacturing" strategy and the Internet era of organizational reengineering;Finally,from the financial point of view and non-financial point of view of the value of the implementation of the Group’s value management.The study found that household appliances enterprises in the context of the Internet to implement the value of management,we must use the Internet to reshape its value chain,and always from the value chain of the key nodes adhere to the "user-centric" around the "create value for the user ",this is the only way to achieve the value of the enterprise to maximize the value of management objectives. |
