Research On The Income Of Farmers In Dizhang Township, Luoyang City

China is a traditional agricultural country.Henan province is a traditional agricultural province and the three rural issues have been the main reaching object of many scholars,professionals and technical personnel and agricultural practitioners.The core problem of agriculture is the problem of farmers' income,so the essay takes it as the main object of study.The samples and statistic data root in 3901 poverty-stricken population of the 10 poor villages in Dizhang Town of Luoyang.In order to explore the problem of farmers' income deeply,a series of research measures have been take to support the essay.Focusing on the town,the essay includes the survey into current situation on the countryside,analysis of the development of agriculture,as well as exploring the three issues of agriculture.At the same time in recent years,it is the key period of implementation of poverty alleviation and all-round construction of well-off society for the CPC Central Committee.In such circumstances,it is of great significance to do some exploratory research into the problem of farmers' income to increase the income of farmers.In the process of research,I learn from some domestic and foreign scholars study on farmers' income.From the horizontal and vertical views of many scholars on the income of farmers,I learn lots of theories related to agriculture and economics.According to the relevant theoretical basis,I explore the experience and relevant laws.All this helps form the research idea of this subject which aims to find out really practical approaches to increase the income of farmers.At the beginning of the study,we chose Di Zhang Town of Luoyang City as the research target and extracted a poor village and a non impoverished village from the town.We formulated and give out 200 random questionnaires.According to 160 effective questionnaires and the related information together with the visits to the masses and village cadres.We did research and analyzed the current situation of farmers' income,the situation of farmers ‘income ans the causes which impact the income of the farmers.In this paper,we study the structure and the present situation of farmers' income.We made analysis of the farmers ‘ income changes from vertical and horizontal angles in a period of time.We pointed out the objective factors which influence peasants' income from seven aspects.The seven aspects are : the cultural level of peasants in rural areas,the unreasonable industrial structure,unclear leading industry,farmers' obscure ownership to land ans forest,lack of rural productivity backward agricultural infrastructure and lack of agricultural science and technology popularization.From the objective factors affecting the income of peasants,we analyze the constraints of basic elements of farmers' current income factors,economic factors and technological factors.Besides,from ten minor aspects,we analyze the forming and causes of the above three factors.Finally,according to the influences on the current situation and reasons of farmers' income mentioned above,we put forward opinions and suggestions as repect to the deepening of rural reform,promoting urbanization,the implementation of agricultural industrialization and the implementation of the policy beneficial to farmers from sixteen small aspects of four.In this paper,based on the two most basic village levels,we selected different rural areas and farmers as the researching objects.We investigated the causes of the status and the current needs of agriculture and rural farmers.Based on the questionnaires on the current income of the farmers of Di Zhang Town in Luoyang City in recent years,investigations and analysis were carried out about the background,significance,status,restriction factors,causes and other aspects.As a result,some practical views came into being.We hope to provide some opinions and suggestions for increasing farmers' income,carrying out poverty alleviation,improving agricultural structure and promoting rural development.
