Study On The Issue Of Increasing Income Of Farmers In Huaqiaojie Town Yongzhou City

After the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, has now become the world's largest economy. This paper uses the literature method, comparative analysis method, inductive method, through field visits to survey data, analysis of the Huaqiao town farmers production and living is relatively backward status-the total income of the farmers is not high, below the average level of the city, the income of the farmers way less, and the income of the farmers grow slowly. Based on the analysis of the phenomenon, the reasons for the increase of farmers' income in the town, the weak agricultural conditions, agricultural production environment, agricultural structure, agricultural industrialization, agricultural science and technology, the lack of scientific and technological education, rural labor transfer, social security system is not perfect. After analysing the Huaqiao Town, this paper in the city in a four other typical town economic development to improve the income approach:Babao town through the inventory of land resources, do a good job in the land development of the rural economy, drive a farmer to add close, at Baishui town industrial development through industrial town economic development and successful transfer rural surplus labor force driving farmers; Bai Jia Ping Zhen through the construction of small towns, driven by urban and rural common development, improving the living environment of farmers, improve the income of the farmers; Yi Tang Zhen through the development of the agricultural industry of one-stop production and sales, drive a farmer to increase income. The on the analysis of current situation of the production and life of farmers Huaqiao Town, combined with the four other more developed town economic development to increase their income situation in the city, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the farmer income in Huaqiao Town, adjust agricultural industry structure, and vigorously promote the industrialization of agriculture; promote employment and Entrepreneurship of farmers, transfer of rural surplus labor force; accelerate the pace of the construction of small cities and towns; to speed up the land transfer, make an inventory of land resources, characteristic agriculture and handicraft industry to do brand.
