In 2015,China's per capita GDP exceeded 8000 US dollars,belonging to the middle upper income countries defined by the world bank.The experience of the development of various countries shows that this stage is the key period for a country to enter the high-income countries,so it is necessary to study the factors that lead to the "middle-income trap".This paper focuses on the relationship between the stagnation of economic growth and the deterioration of income distribution,and finds that the deterioration of income distribution may lead China to fall into the "middle-income trap"".The main conclusions are that one is inequity in income distribution gap is too large suppressed consumer demand and consumer investment expansion,thereby affecting economic growth;two is inequity in income distribution gap leads to the accumulation of human capital is difficult to meet the social and economic structure optimization and industrial upgrading needs;three is will affect the social stability inequity in income distribution gap,it is difficult to provide a stable social environment for economic growth;four is the process of meeting the influence of city inequity in income distribution gap.Therefore,China's economic growth slowed down in the middle income stage,and we should attach great importance to income distribution.This paper comprehensive official and researchers survey data to investigate the situation of income distribution Chinese,found that there is a long-term problem of income distribution in the primary distribution and redistribution of links,and learn from foreign experiences and lessons,this situation can be found through the reform of the income distribution to adjust,therefore,through reform and improve the system of income distribution improve;distribution pattern,standardize income distribution order;perfecting tax system;improve the social security system;to increase transfer payments to narrow the income gap and avoid the "middle-income trap" has important significance for policy risk.
