Research On The Optimization Of Repurchase Contract Of Single-vendor Multi Retailer Allianceon

As a method of realizing the coordination of supply chain system,repurchase contract has been more and more recognized by enterprises and applied to the actual production and management process.This paper aims to study the secondary supply chain consisting of a supplier and a retailer Alliance,and explores how the supplier and retailer Alliance can maximize the benefits of the supply chain by implementing repurchase contracts in the case of asymmetric information and asymmetric information.The mathematical model in different situations is established by assuming conditions and variables,the correctness of the model is verified by the example analysis and proves that the repurchase contract can realize the optimal profit of the supply chain and the whole supply chain system in the information symmetry,and it shows the effect of repurchase contract in realizing the coordination of supply chain system.Innovations are embodied in: the market demand is influenced by the price elasticity as a research background,which will take into account the loss caused by the upstream supplier of the downstream shortage of most literatures,and the information symmetry and information asymmetry are analyzed and compared,the example verifies.The study will help to expand the theoretical research ideas and provide methods and suggestions for practical activities.First of all,for buy-back contract reviews the research literature,and introduced the Stackelberg game models,information theory and contract theory and other related content.Secondly,through the assumptions and variables that factor,and solving symmetric and asymmetric information are established suppliers,retailers Union,as well as optimal mathematical model of supply chain system of benefits,conditions limit analysis of optimal solutions.Finally,through the analysis of the example,the visual display of the application of repurchase contracts in the information asymmetry and information asymmetry in the case,supply chain related parties and the overall benefit change of supply chain,proves that the repurchase contract can realize the benefit of the supply chain and the whole supply chain in the information symmetry,and points out that the information symmetry of supply chain system has a direct impact on the optimization of coordination.
