Driven by the “Internet plus”,the demand for cold chain logistics involved in fresh products is growing.However,with the increase of refrigeration vehicles and the extension of distribution distances,cold chain logistics as the logistics industry in high energy consumption and high carbon emissions.Thus,how to reduce the cost of cold chain logistics effectively has become issues of common concern of scholars and business,which would lead cold chain logistics towards energy conservation and emission reduction,environmental protection and low-carbon.At the same time,as the expansion of fresh product E-commerce competitors and consumer demands for delivery service quality improvement,companies have to improve their delivery service quality and customer satisfaction.Therefore,the study aims to make reasonable vehicle scheduling and route optimization,lowest cost while considering the low-carbon factor and a high level of satisfaction,which provides the basis for the daily schedule work of cold chain logistics enterprises.This paper broke the limitation of the traditional model which only considered transportation costs and a single-vehicle distribution constraint of time and quality based on mixed time window to meet the reality of business demand,which has an important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,the paper have a review of the research at home and abroad in cold chain logistics route optimization,and pointed out the shortcomings of current research,and expounds the basic theory of low-carbon and cold chain logistics issues related to vehicle routing problem.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of low-carbon and cold chain logistics,in consideration of cost optimization including damage costs,energy costs and carbon emission costs,added a function of time and quality factors based customer satisfaction function,the cold chain VRP model with single-vehicle and the cold chain VRP model with multi-vehicle in the vision of low-carbon were constructed respectively.Thirdly,improved partheno-genetic algorithm used to solve the cold chain VRP model.In order to obtain a good initial path,which generate a good chromosome and add it to the original population of chromosomes according to vehicle type,and the time window constraint.The selection method is combined with partial elite save strategy to accelerate the convergence rate of the population.Finally,taking the A fresh company data as an example,were realized by MATLAB,the validity and superiority of the model of multi-vehicle and the single parent genetic algorithm are verified.
