With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, consumers' demand for multi-temperature products is increasing. The circulation of multi-temperature products led to the multi-temperature joint-delivery technology. We analyze cold storage multi-temperature joint-delivery.At the same time taking into account the temperature control of transportation that cause of the high energy consumption and high carbon emissions,is contradicted to "low carbon logistics" that we encouraged, therefore In this paper,we analyze the distribution path optimization of cold chain logistics multi-temperature joint-delivery with carbon emissions. This paper first studies the domestic and international related literature of multi-temperature joint-delivery and cold chain logistics with low carbon emissions, then studies the relevant theoretical basis, expounds the concept and characteristics of cold chain logistics multi-temperature joint-delivery.Put forward two modes of cold chain logistics.Analysis of cold chain logistics distribution costs-economic costs and social costs. The economic costs include vehicle fixed cost, refrigeration cost, penalty cost of violate time windows, damage costs and transportation costs;the social cost is the cost of carbon emissions. The mathematical models of two kinds of delivery modes are established and solved by genetic algorithm. Finally, the paper compares the cost of two kinds of distribution from the following three aspects:economic cost, social cost, combined economic cost and social cost.An example verified that the cold storage multi-temperature joint-delivery not only reduces the economic cost, but also reduces the social cost, and satisfied with the development of today, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises satisfied.
