Research On The Problems And Paths Of Agricultural Development In Counties Of Hebei Province

In the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,Hebei Province is facing the transformation from the traditional agricultural province to the modern agricultural province.With the compression of steel,cement and glass production capacity,the development of modern agriculture is increasingly on the agenda.As the premier place of Beijing and Tianjin,Hebei Province has a long history of agricultural development.Developing from the primary industry which involves the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people as soon as possible and promotes the transformation and upgrading of agricultural development seems very important.And it also has far-reaching implications for the promotion of the coordinated development of Beijing and Tianjin and Hebei province.This paper takes the 172 counties in Hebei Province as the research object.Reviewing the relevant literatures on the county agriculture or regional agricultural development at home and abroad,and then based on the basic theory of agricultural development and the research data,summarizing the overall situation and its problems,studying the specific factors which restrict the efficient development of agriculture.With the help of the policy,the market mechanism and the agricultural technology and leveraging Beijing and Tianjin to promote the county agricultural development,and ultimately enhancing the overall strength of the development of agriculture in Hebei province.This paper uses many methods.Through literature analysis combing the domestic and foreign scholars on agricultural research theory,summarizing the current situation and mode.Through investigation and communicating with peasants to acquainta the deep problems of agricultural development in the county,explore the characteristics of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery.By using the case-tracking method to explore the leading role of the top enterprises in the county,combining the methods of empirical analysis and normative analysis to sum up the problems in Hebei county.
