| Tax is the main channel of national financial revenue and it can guarantee that the government agency and governments at all levels are able to run normally,and perform their duties efficiently,it is also the primary premise that can ensure the peace and prosperity of nation,economic development and social progress.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and use value to study and explore how to improve the tax risk management.Through the literature,interviews and other methods,this paper studies a large number of relevant literature,understanding the research status at home and abroad.Based on the author's own work practice,this paper analyzes the importance of tax risk management and the quality of managementSince the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of China's economy and increasing frequency of international trade,tax object and environment have undergone a lot of changes and become increasingly complex,the tax management are facing new problems and challenges,soregulating and improving the tax risk management is particularly necessary.The article is aim to regulate and promote tax risk management of Lianyungang State Taxation Bureau,with the theories of China's tax risk management,based on the real problems in the process of tax risk management of Lianyungang State Taxation Bureau,learning from the advanced experience of risk management at home and aboard,deeply analyzing the present situation of Lianyungang State Taxation Bureau tax risk management with the method of literature,investigation,statistical analysis,puts forward some countermeasures about how to further regulate and standardize the tax risk management of Lianyungang city state Taxation Bureau.The results of this study,not only can provide some beneficial warning and experience to further standardize and improve tax risk management of Lianyungang State Tax Bureau,but also can offer useful some reference and experience for the risk management of China's taxation departments at all levels. |
