Edible fungus industry has the characteristics of "not competing farming season with agriculture,not competing with human for grain,not competing with grain for farmland,and not competing grain for fertilizer".It is a sunrise industry with high yield,high quality,high efficiency,ecology and safety.Edible fungus is rich in nutrients,rich in more than a dozen kinds of amino acids,polysaccharides,minerals and other substances necessary for the human body can promote the body's absorption of other food nutrients and enhance human health.As a bridgehead for the production of edible fungi in Jiangsu Province,Lianyungang City has undergone more than ten years of exploration and development.Based on giving full play to its location,resources and technologies,Lianyungang City has become the largest edible fungus production base in Jiangsu Lianyungang City,but there are also different problems in the development process.They face various competitions and challenges.Under the macro-strategic initiative of the national "One Belt and One Road",how to seize the historic opportunity to further strengthen the development of Edible fungus industry and formation of regional characteristics? Lianyungang government,edible fungus practitioners,edible fungus researchers should face and to think about the issue.Therefore,it is very important practical significance research and development of edible fungi industry to achieve the economic,ecological and social benefits.This article analyzes and evaluates the current situation and level of edible fungi in Lianyungang comprehensively and objectively,and summarizes the prenatal links presented by the development of edible fungi in Lianyungang(problems of raw material procurement,development of bacteria and imperfect management system of bacteria;problems of production link(Low efficiency of production mode,unskilled professionals,low level of science and technology);marketing(low level of organization,imperfect marketization and deep processing and development);low level of internationalization(degree of internationalization of product standards Low,inadequate conversion of overcapacity and so on.Using SWOT strategy analysis method,based on Lianyungang edible fungus industry's internal and external environment,Strength,Opportunity,Weakness,Threat)To explore its potential,exploit the favorable conditions and improve its own core competitiveness,put forward the SO strategy(the development of internal advantages and the use of external opportunities),WO strategy(the use of external opportunities to make up for internal weaknesses,change the disadvantage and For the advantage),ST strategy(use their own advantages,to avoid or reduce Affected threat caused)and WT strategy(avoid external environmental threats,reduce internal weaknesses of defensive techniques)four strategic objectives of the program.On this basis,the solution to the status quo of edible fungi industry is put forward: to set up the system of edible fungus circulation and product standards,to improve traceability system for edible fungus,technological innovation and promotion system for edible fungi,to strengthen edible fungus product processing and chain extension;to complete mushroom marketing,information statistics and platform construction;strengthen government policy support,strengthen the construction of professionals,improve the professional training system;emphasis on ecological environment and other countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and rapid development of edible fungi industry in Lianyungang.
