After years of rapid development,China's fund industry has become a competitive market.With the enactment of the new fund law and China financial opening pace,the company raised funds licence to lower the threshold,the new fund company was born,a wholly owned foreign fund companies to enter the China market,further intensified the competition in the market.In the fierce competition,China's fund industry has shown a serious differentiation,survival of the fittest.This paper takes F fund management company as a case to study its problems in marketing,and gives effective marketing strategy.Based on the analysis and research of F fund management company,this paper summarizes and analyzes its target market selection,market positioning and marketing status,and puts forward the marketing mix strategy.This paper uses the method of quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis and empirical analysis,combined with the data from a number of industries and companies,the fund market and F fund management company to carry on the analysis,summarizes the market marketing mode,summed up the F company in the marketing problems.This paper uses STP theory to systematically analyze the target market choice,market positioning and marketing mix of F fund company,and analyze the causes of its marketing difficulties.On the basis of the above analysis,according to the actual situation of F fund company,combined with 4Ps theory,put forward F fund company's marketing mix,improvement suggestions and implementation plan.
