From the year of 2006, the bull market enabled the mutual fund industry to enter a peak period. Through the PEST model, the article will analyze the mutual fund industry on different parts which including Marketing Environment and Marketing Segmentation. Then the article will focus on the Marketing Strategies. Take the Fortune SGAM Fund Management Company as a good example, the article will use SWOT to analyze this company. Finally, the article would give some conclusions and suggestions for the mutual fund companies to improve their marketing strategies.
