Study On Moderate Scale Operation Of Cotton In Xinjiang Under Machine-picking Cotton

Since the reform and opening,our country in agricultural development and rural economic construction has made great achievements.But with the deepening of rural reform and development of land and finely,the limitation of scale management is too small and the concerning problems such as increasingly exposed.Years of practice has proved that the realization of the modernization of agriculture is dependent on the agricultural scale management,and the moderate scale management of agriculture is the prerequisite to realize agricultural modernization,and is the inevitable path of modern agriculture development.As China’s major cotton producing areas of Xinjiang,is a mainstay of the sustained development of cotton industry in China.However,with the development and the deepening of market economy,the weak domestic cotton prices,agricultural materials price increases the income of farmers is not optimistic.To alleviate the pressure of cotton in Xinjiang cotton farmers,improve cotton operating earnings,in addition to raising the level of mechanization,still must from optimal allocation of factors of production such as land,capital and labor view of opening up a new path.Moderate scale management and agriculture is research in agriculture in the optimal allocation and rational utilization of the factors of production and achieve the optimal economic benefit of the mode of operation.Under the current level of productivity,therefore,realize the moderate scale operation in Xinjiang cotton,not only is the priority in the development of rural economy in Xinjiang,but also the objective demand of the current market economy development.This paper in order to pick up cotton machine technology of Xinjiang cotton farmers as the research object,according to the questionnaire investigation and statistical data,analyze the current scale of Xinjiang cotton: pick up cotton in Xinjiang machine technology under the average scale of 85.5 mu of cotton;Using a production function model,from the perspective of benefit maximization figures pick up cotton in Xinjiang machine technology under the moderate scale of 164.31 mu;And concluded that the major cotton producing areas in Xinjiang farmers development phenomenon is relatively common,planting income is only part of the family income;In Xinjiang under the current level of productivity,the farmland scale reward is increasing;Xinjiang cotton production advantage is obvious,but the production and business operation scale is gradually reduce the trend of the main conclusion,etc.On this basis,analyze the pick up cotton in Xinjiang machine scale management existing in the social service system is imperfect,the low degree of land circulation information docking,the problem such as the imperfection of the rural financial system development,and accelerate the socialization service system construction,perfecting the land circulation mechanism,accelerate cotton one,two,three industry integration development,put forward the policy suggestion to strengthen policy adjustments.
