Study On Moderate Scale Management Of Se-enriche Wheat Cooperatives In Zichuan District

Agricultural scale operation can speed up the process of agricultural modernization.The intensive use of various elements of agriculture requires the increase of economies of scale and lower transaction costs.Moderate scale operation of agricultural development is the best way to increase the income of China's agricultural operations,and it is also an important approach for accelerating modern agricultural construction,coordinating the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,solving the “three rural issues” and comprehensively building a well-to-do society in rural areas.However,the per capita land size in China is small and the land is so fragmented that the economic efficiency of the agricultural production scale is low;high-quality young rural laborers flow out of the city,resulting in lower overall quality of the labor force engaged in agricultural production;insufficient investment in agriculture,moderate scale operation of agriculture The lack of a solid material foundation for development has seriously affected the pace of moderate scale operations in China.This paper takes the modest scale management of selenium-enriched wheat in Zichuan District as the research object,through theoretical and empirical research on the moderate scale operation of selenium-enriched wheat.In theory,this paper uses the DEA method to measure the relative efficiency of the wheat planting of the farmer household by statistics of the input and output data of the different wheat planting scales of the sample farmer,and compares theoretically the best planting scale.In practice,through the research on the cultivation of selenium-enriched wheat farmers,analyze the factors that affect the farmer's willingness to operate on a large scale and the factors that restrict the scale of farmer operations in actual production.This article draws the following main conclusions.Firstly,through the introduction of the modest operation of selenium-enriched wheat in Zichuan District,the three models of cooperatives,leading enterprises,and agricultural stock cooperation have been analyzed and studied through typical cases.At the emergence stage,the leading enterprise model has the most obvious effect on increasing farmers' income.Secondly,through the use of Logistic regression model,it is concluded that family life cycle,policy subsidies,agricultural technology training,and purchase of agricultural insurance factors have no significant effect on the farmers' willingness to scale-scalebusiness;selenium wheat,age,culture The extent,number of labor force,land size,land transfer,per capita income,degree of difficulty in loans,non-agricultural income ratio,and regional economic level all have significant effects.Factors such as age,cultural level,land size,and land circulation are positively related to the moderate scale operation of Se-enriched wheat in Zichuan District.The labor force,per capita income,loan ease,non-agricultural income,regional economic level,and selenium-enriched wheat in Zichuan District Moderate scale operations are negatively correlated.Thirdly,summarize the problem of restricting scale management in the actual production practice of the scale-up operation of the selenium-enriched wheat in the Suichuan District.The main problems are: the enthusiasm of the farmers for the land circulation is low and the circulation behavior is not standardized,and the selenium-enriched wheat farmland is suppressed.The expansion of production scale,the decentralization of land acquired from contracting selenium-enriched wheat in large-scale production is difficult to form a concentrated piece of cultivated land;the lack of formal financial services in rural areas leads to difficulties for farmers to borrow and inhibits the expansion of business scale;the services of agricultural-related government departments are weak,can not provide timely and accurate service.Fourth,through calculations,it is shown that the scale of selenium-enriched wheat production in the Suichuan District reaches an optimal relative efficiency of 20-30 mu,and the technical efficiency is significantly higher than the scale efficiency,reflecting that the farmers with selenium-enriched wheat can exert their production factors well.Value,make full use of advanced agricultural technology and biotechnology.For projections of non-effective decision-making units,it is found that there are more or less waste of resources for unreasonable planting scales,and the promotion of optimum efficiency and scale planting of farmers,and the reduction of resource waste.At last,we propose to speed up the transfer of land,expand financing channels,improve the service system for agriculture-related government,strengthen education and training,and encourage the new generation of migrant workers to return home to five proposals to promote the scale planting of selenium-enriched wheat in Zichuan District.
