Study On Moderate Scale Operation Of Farmland In Hequ County

The modest scale of farmland management is the basic way to enhance the efficiency of agricultural production and develop the rural economy;it's a comprehensive goal of increasing the income of farmers and achieving a moderately prosperous society;it's the inevitable choice of modern agricultural development;it's a research topic of pressing need to break the "three nural" issues.Research "moderate"agricultural land to determine the scale of operation is of great significance to promote the orderly transfer of land,to achieve scale of land,to reduce production costs and improve labor productivity and increase the income of the peasnts.This article takes Hequ County as the research sample,takes the farmers' income as the prerequisite goal,using the theory of scale economy and the theory of agricultural production function,starting from the cost-benefit level,taking farmland benefit as the foothold,Take the way of theoretical research and empirical analysis to analyze the influencing factors of the scale of agricultural land management,and study the "moderate" standard of farmland management scale.First,this paper introduces the research status and concepts,analyzing the current situation of agricultural production and farmland operation scale in Hequ County,and points out problems of the land operation scale is small,the basic condition is weak,the mechanization level is low and the production efficiency is not high.Secondly,we use the lower law of labor and the optimal scale method of production function to establish the production function measurement model.According to the model,we carry out the questionnaire survey and obtain the corresponding data to carry on the empirical research,and calculate the optimal farmland management scale is 19.68 acres.Finally,combined with the analysis of the factors affecting the scale of agricultural land management,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the orderly circulation of land and cultivate the diversified farmland scale management and adjust the industrial structure.
