With the development of Knowledge Economy Era, companies are not only face to the fierce competition in the domestic market, but also face to the rat race in the international market. In the fierce domestic and international competitive environment, if enterprises want to maintain their development, organizational innovation has become an important means to deal with changes in the external environment. According to the knowledge based view, knowledge is the key resource of enterprise innovation, especially for the knowledge intensive high-tech enterprises; and the view of enterprise network holds that the relational network would be an important platform for the enterprises' knowledge acquisition. Therefore, it has become a strategic problem to be solved urgently for enterprises to obtain the required resources such as knowledge, and promote the enterprise innovation and enhance the competitive advantage.Through the illustration of the related variables theory, this paper found that scholars have conducted a lot of researches on the relationship between relational embeddedness and innovation and innovation performance; However, there is no deep study on the impact that tie strength and quality strength have on management innovation and technological innovation.Based on this, this paper constructs the mechanism model between relational embeddedness and organizational innovation, mainly focus on the influence of tie strength and quality on management innovation and technological innovation; by the introduction of absorption capacity, this paper analyzes its mediating effect in the relationship between relational embeddedness and organizational innovation. Based on the conceptual model, the hypothesis of several variables was put forward through logical reasoning, and the formal questionnaire was issued on the basis of the pre questionnaire.Through the analysis for 283 sample by SPSS20.0 and AMOS 17.0 software, this paper draws the following conclusions: (1)organizational embeddedness has a positive effect on organizational innovation: tie strength and tie quality have positive influence on management innovation and technological innovation respectively; (2)the relationship embedding has a positive effect on absorptive capacity; Among them, tie strength and tie quality have positive influence on the absorptive capacity, and the two dimensions of absorptive capacity, the potential and the reality absorptive capacity are also affected by relational embeddedness;(3)enterprises' absorptive capacity has a positive impact on organizational innovation; Both the potential and the reality absorptive capacity affect organizational innovation to some extent; (4)absorptive capacity plays an intermediary role in the relationshiop between relational embeddedness and organizational innovation.
