With continuous deepening of electric power system reform,it has become an urgent task for power supply units,as enterprises facing directly to the market,to solve problems on how to optimize marketing strategies,realize diversified and differentiated services,satisfy diversified demands of various customers,enhance core competitiveness and expand market share of electric energy in social consumption terminals.On the other hand,researches carried out by power supply enterprises on customers,especially major customers,are still far from deep enough.For this reason,this article focuses researches on substantial improvements for marketing management and customer service levels of power supply enterprises,selects Maoming Administration of Power Supply and its subsidiary companies as case study objects,adopts effective methods of power customer value assessments,identifies demand differences of major power customers,puts forward targeted marketing strategies for major customers,provides customized value-added services,and offers great economic and social significance to Maoming Administration of Power Supply.Firstly,this article introduces overall design frameworks of power customer comprehensive value assessment models,mainly including index system of customer value assessments and selection of assessment models.Meanwhile,it also makes brief introductions on current situations of power customer analysis,adopted basic theories of customer value as well as general methods of power customer value assessments and their characteristics.Through the above contents,clear knowledge can be gained on general structures and system characteristics of power customer comprehensive value assessments in this research.Secondly,it makes detailed introductions on core technologies and core algorithms involved in this research,mainly including index system of major power customer segmentation models and selection of segmentation methods.In the meantime,it also makes detailed introductions on characteristics of contemporarily common methods of power customer segmentation,crisscross optimization algorithm and optimized K means clustering algorithm in order to make clear general structures and method characteristics of power customer segmentation in this research.Finally,it makes detailed introductions on power consumer value assessments and software designs of value-added service system.Introduction emphasis is laid on human-computer interface of this system software as well as operational procedures and ways to realize all kinds of functions.In addition,it elaborates various kinds of functions of this system one by one so as to have a particular understanding of software designs of the system,human-computer interface,system functions and operations.
