Study On Implementation And Management Of Aerospace JT International Project

Aerospace X academy is one of the military institutions in China and undertakes several aerospace engineerings.With the system reform of national defense industry being deepened,the policies to aerospace research institutions have been continuously adjusted.Great changes have been made in the national micro-enviornmen,user's demand,running mechnisms and operational modes of military groups.Therefore,it is very realistic to make a study on how to apply the knowlege of project management on the implementation and management of international technology exchange and cooperation so as to promote remarkable advances in aerospace international cooperation in China.This thesis is based on the implementation and management of JT international cooperation project(hereinafter referred as JT project)in an aerospace X academy.Related basic and specialized knowledge of project management are taken as guideline.Defects and problems during the implementation and management of JT project are explored and studied from mainly four aspects which are project communications management,quality management,human resource management,integration management.And the reason of the defects and problems are analyzed.According to the management problems collected from the implementation and management,advanced project management theories and methods are utilized in order to set up principles and system for the implementation and management of JT project.On this platform of management,the basis and key points of project communications management,quality management,human resource management,integration management are clarified.Assurance measures are studied in terms of organization assurance,regulation assurance and human resource assurance.The research achievement and practical significance lie in the analysis and planning of the implementation and management of JT project by using systematic thought and systematic method from four aspects of communications,quality,human resource and integration.The essence and inherent law of implementation and management have been further grasped and specific implementation and management methods and assurance measures are put forward.
