Risk Management In Industrial Analyser PGNAA Project Under International Cooperation Condition

As the global economic integration keep on going, most companies which concentrate on the global market have been pushed to meet the increasingly fierce market competition. Many of them chose international collaboration and “Close to the Market” strategy to control and reduce costs in order to continuously enhance the competitiveness of their products. PGNAA analyser production project of our company is a typical production project under international cooperation condition. This thesis based on such production project background and try to find a common and reasonable risk management model so that can improve the project management level.The main content of this thesis is try to find the common character of the project risk through several PGNAA analyser production projects. However, these projects always meet actual risk, due to the lack of overall market demand concept, the engineering level, research of local laws and regulation, even different cultural environment won’t let the projects reach a corresponding result. Through the research of the risk management and combining the enterprise condition to set up the strategy of risk management. Base on the traditional risk management methods such as analytic hierarchy process and FMEA also with the actual project background in our own company to construct a new standard flow chart, in order to ensure the project to proceed smoothly. Finally, verify the applicability of this new risk management procedure by using the new model in the CB Omni analyser production project which is the first finished production project of PGNAA. The result proved that an effective total risk management would cut down the risk rate, control the cost of project well, promote items moving smoothly and ensure the project completed on time.
