Study On The Quality Management Status And Its Strategies Of Peak Company

21th century is the century of quality. The improvent of quality management plays an increasingly important role in the quality of final products and services so as to strengthen enterprise competition and promote its full-scale development. However quality management of electronic component packing material enterprise in china is relatively poor, compared with developed countries. Therefore it is significant to investigate the current quality management of domestic enterprise and find out the existing problems with corresponding measures to be taken for the purpose of perfecting quality management.This thesis, based on case study of peak company which is a supplier of packing material used in semiconductor and electronic components. Firstly, analyse current peak's quality management and find out the exsiting problems, secondly, to those existing problem, some measure and improving assumption were taken as follows: (1). How to keep peak's quality management system's validity; (2). Strengthen peak purchase quality management, (3). Strengthen peak manufacture quality managent, (4). Quality culture building.Some quality management methods and tools were applied in this thesis, such as total quality management, statistical process control, continuous process improvement etc.
