In 1986,the State and Central Military Commission issued a notice of requesting instructions about several problems of launching satellites for foreign countries,which regarded launching satellites for foreign countries as national key projects and national scheduled tasks.The notice points out the direction to the export of Chinese aerospace technology.China Great Wall Industry Corporation,as the only business organizations of operating commercial launch,providing satellites and carrying out international cooperation in space technology,authorized by the Chinese government,its overseas market begins to develop,but because of the influence of American sanction,its development isn't smooth.From 2010 to 2014,although the import and export of China Great Wall Industry Corporation overall goes up,it experiences the process of rising rapidly at the beginning then dropping later.Therefore,its overseas market shows the trend of shrinking,which requests the scientific and systematic international marketing strategy to promote the development.The paper,which takes China Great Wall Industry Corporation(CGWIC)as research object,and uses the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of statistics,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,and Marketing Strategy Triangle Model,researches thoroughly the overseas marketing orientation and marketing value realization route of CGWIC.First,the paper introduces its background and significance of researching the overseas marketing orientation of CGWIC and related important international and domestic theory and literature.Second,it analyzes the global aerospace industry development and the overseas market development of China Great Wall Industry Corporation,also the problems during its development.Thirdly,the core part,by the Marketing Strategy Triangle Model,the paper creates model to make the empirical study of the overseas marketing orientation and marketing Combination Strategy of China Great Wall Industry Corporation from three dimensions and nine factors.Finally,it analyzes the marketing value realization route of China Great Wall Industry Corporation and gives some related suggestions.
