Under the example of the company the graduate worked, this paper uses the theory of MBA, connected with the reality, through the research and analysis, wish to find a solution to found the marketing management system of IT companies.First give the definition of marketing and marketing management system, and the development of marketing and the importance of both, analyze the process of the foundation of marketing management system.Then induct the object of analysis, it is just the company, a newly built IT company. Introduce the background, the culture, the organization structure, and the products of the company. Mainly introduce the eduction and contents of the marketing strategy. And divide into 2 stages like survival stage and development stage.Then introduce the contents of the marketing management system of survival stage and the implementation of it. Also the failure and success of the marketing management system of survival stage and the adjustment in development stage, at last give some opinion and suggestion concerning the marketing management system of this company.Finally make a summary, wish to find an appropriate model to found a good marketing management system of the newly built local IT companies and to find a good solution that the marketing management system adapt to the changes of the requirement of the customers and the outer market.
