Comparative Study On Land Use Efficiency Of Five Functional Areas In Chongqing City

Land resources are capital goods that indispensable to human survival and development,human make use of the land resources is a long process.In recent years,in the pursuit of rapid economic development and accelerate the pace of urbanization,more and more land resources to be abused,or even excessive use,which is contrary to the strategy of sustainable development and seriously restricted the further development of the social economy.Therefore,it is urgent to measure the utilization efficiency of land resources accurately.Land use efficiency evaluation not only can determine the land use rationality and the problems of land use,but also can provide reference for the follow-up development of land use planning and development intensity,improve the land use efficiency in order to achieve the sustainable utilization of land resources.Select Chongqing five functional areas as the research object,firstly,an investigation on the current situation of land use in various functional areas of Chongqing City,found that irrational land use structure,extensive land use,land ecological vulnerability,etc.This has a serious negative impact on the development strategy of the five major functional areas of Chongqing city.Then,based on the current situation of land use,using PSR framework model and principal component analysis method,the index system of evaluation of land use efficiency in Chongqing city was established.The index system consists of 3 primary indicators,two 11 level indexes and three 22 level indexes.Based on the index system,catastrophe progression method was be used to measure the land use efficiency of Chongqing city.Again,using the efficiency evaluation results,to comparative analysis of land use efficiency in various functional areas of Chongqing City and analysis the factors influencing the land use efficiency.The results showed that different functional areas of land use efficiency differences is large,the same to the different counties of a same function area,while the factors affecting land use efficiency in different functional areas are different,but mainly concentrated in the state index and response index.Finally,based on the comparative analysis of efficiency,combined with the advanced experience of land use efficiency at home and abroad,put forward the countermeasures to improve the land use efficiency of major function area of Chongqing city.The comparative study of land use efficiency in five major functional areas of Chongqing City,it not only can measure the benefits of the land use status of major function area of Chongqing City,but also can find the land use efficiency of the gap and the reasons for the gap of the comparative analysis between the functional areas.It also can find the gap and shortage of land use efficiency between different districts and counties in the comparative analysis of various districts and counties in functional area.Based on the above analysis,they can provide reference for improving the land use efficiency of various functional areas.Based on the comparison analysis of the land use efficiency inside and outside of the various functional areas,and forward some measures to improve the land use efficiency,not only can improve the efficiency of land and the sustainable use of land,but also can conducive to the formation of the five major functional areas of Chongqing City.They can promote the long-term development of social economy in Chongqing city.
