Study On The Logistics Distribution Model And Standard Of The City Functional Areas In Chongqing

With the planning and construction of the five major functional areas in Chongqing and the releasing of "The Belt and Road",the construction of the Changjiang River Economic Belt and other series of national policy measures,the city scale of Chongqing has rapidly expanded and the urbanization process has continuously accelerated.As a result,people have much higher expectation on the effectiveness and quality of logistics and distribution.In recent years---with the efforts of the government and the relevant departments---the level of logistics and distribution in the city functional areas of Chongqing has rapidly ascended.However,there still exist some rather distinct problems---such as the incomplete logistics infrastructure,the unsound market operation mechanism and managing system,the simple pattern and the inconsistent standards of logistics and distribution and etc---which seriously reduce the efficiency of distribution and restrict the development of logistics industry.Therefore,it is necessary to research the modes and standards of logistics and distribution in the city functional areas in Chongqing,in order to promote and optimize the resource allocation of logistics and distribution,and enhance the efficiency and the service level of logistics and distribution of the entire city.First of all,this article analyzes the relevant policies and the development status of logistics and distribution in the city functional areas in Chongqing,and summarizes the problems with respect to the infrastructure and distribution system.Secondly,it re-analyzes the situation and the specific requirements of the city logistics and distribution,and generalizes the basic types and the merits and faults of the domestic and foreign city logistics development model.Thirdly,combining the actual logistics development in the city functional areas in Chongqing,the essay recommends a logistics system in which the joint distribution is the kernel mode while the self distribution,the third-party distribution and integrated distribution co-exist.Fourthly,it studies the standards of the logistics and distribution in terms of hard-ware facility and service quality,and advances some relevant criteria,such as distribution centre,access road,vehicle standard,distribution service standard,informationization service and so on.Last but not least,it emphasizes the management strengthening of the government over the city distribution industry and puts forward some policy measures for the promotion of the sound development of the city logistics and distribution.
