Research On Land Use Change And Benefit In Nanchuan District Of Chongqing

Land resource is the non-renewable natural resource,along with land-use ceaseless deepening by the human race,various unreasonable modes of land-use influence land quality and the enhancement of land productive forces seriously.Firstly,with social and economic unceasing development,the available land resource is reducing day by day,particularly in recent years,the cultivated land 'area and the woodland 'area of our country decrease gradually,the massive agricultural land transform into the construction land,so the contradictory between human and land becomes prominent;secondly,each kind of existing exploitation activity causes land-use intensity more and more strengthen,people may obtain many outputs by the few investments in a short time, in this way,various natural quality of land are destroyed,it results in the soil erosion and the desertification,this circumstance costs future land-use profits,once land degradation becomes the irreversible fact,that land-use profits reduce will becomes the unavoidable tendency,then it will affect the balance between human's living environment and natural ecosystem.On the other hand, this destruction of balance can counteractive human's life and production activities with each kind of environmental problem,it may influence social progress and economical development,thus all of these will form one vicious circle.Accordingly,reasonable expansion of construction land and scientific development model are helpful in enhancing socio-economic development's level,on the contrary,disordered increase and blind development of construction land is an irrational expansion which doesn't take society,economy and zoology's combined profits seriously,it can create profound influence,and certain influences also have the irreversible characteristic.As scientific outlook on development's proposal,the viewpoint about only pursuing land-use economic benefit is denied gradually,economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit's sustained development becomes a goal for land use all parts of the country.Therefore,the academic community pays more attention to land use benefit day by day which is a hot spot on land consolidation research at the present stage.To deal with relations of unity and opposites about economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit in the process of land use correctly,is the key to evaluate land use benefits successfully or not.In order to protect land,we must evaluate land use' combined benefits,so land use model of sole high benefit and low combined benefits will be eliminated.Benefit assessment about land use is the base of general land use planning and land use manipulation,it plays an important role in promoting land resource's sustainable use and socioeconomic sustainable development.This paper,based on correlation theories and research means about land use and the combined benefits in the domestic and foreign domain,tries to construct the theoretical principle concerning land use benefits.Through taking Nanchuan district as the object of study,land use present situation,land use dynamic change and existent questions are analyzied emphatically with the related literatures and the statistical data,for this paper's main body.According to construction principles of land use combined benefits assessment index systems,it takes land use combined benefits degree as the target level,takes economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit as the criterion level,then chooses 20 target among the economic agent,the social factor,the ecological factor to establish evaluating indicator system frame,determine evaluating indicator's weight through using the way of union of the subjective and objective's assign,and evaluate land use combined benefits in the multi-objective methods way.Finally,it carries on studying the barrier diagnosis of land use;obtain the barrier factors that influence highly effective use of the land.The synthetic evaluation result indicates:land use combined benefits were promoting from 2000 to 2007 in Nanchuan district year by year,the combined earnings index had increased from 0.1780 to 0.7547 since 2000,increases by 0.5767,registering an average growth rate of 0.08 percent a year and the increased range was getting quicker and quicker.In recent years,the chief obstacle factors for influencing Nanchuan district's highly effective use of the land are as follows:per unit area GDP and per unit area industry,service trade Value-added are not high,the average per person public green area and average per person path area are to be somewhat low,per ten thousand Yuan output value exhaust emissions of the industrial,Per ten thousand Yuan output value wastewater emissions of the industrial have an increased tendency to the impact of land use.
