Study On The Problem Of The Construction Of Industry-City Interaction Of The Government-Led Park

Booming industrial park,regional and urban economic development contribution is growing,it has become Chinese economic development booster.But at the same time of the industrial park as Chinese economic growth contributed significantly,the majority of the park completed only gather ordinary labor.It is also difficult to enhance the function of the city.The "industry-city interaction" in the promotion of urban functions to enhance also promotes the development of industrial parks.Shuangfu new developing zone in Jiangjin disctrict is a typical government-led park of industry –city interaction.It is one of the "eight platform" of economic development in Jiangjin district.Although the development of Shuangfu new developing zone is shorter,but the city produces a higher degree of integration.It is the demonstration zone of Jiangjin district.This paper explains literature review of relevant research at home and abroad and connotation of industry-city interaction.In case of Shuangfu new developing zone,there is induced about regional advantages,institutional mechanisms,industrial layout and urban development,etc.It is estimated the level of development of industry-city interaction and the problem in the process of construction of industry-city interaction.The problem are institutional drawbacks,lowly forward-looking planning,infrastructure construction lagging behind,lack of production and living facilities,lower administrative service efficiency,lower quality of economic growth,financial constraints and financing problems.Reference to construction experiences of domestic and foreign government-led park,there are some suggestions about government systerm,planning,infrastructure and service facilities,transformation of government functions,innovation,increasing sources of funding.
