| As "The third oringin of profits" and "The dark land of economic domain",Modern Logistics gradually has get much great attention in the economic and academic field at home and abroad in the past several years.At home,Modern Logistics is still an emergent industry,so,numerous areas take the modern logistics as "The strategic industry" to write into the regional economies development plan and as "The winning weapons" to get victory in the construction of the new round regional economies pattern.Meanwhile,as world economics "Mosaic" and local economy engine,Industial Aggregation Zone(IAZ)is also the current research hot spot.Along with Industial Aggregation Zone(IAZ)developing,how to further expand the economies of scale and the promotion core competition of it;how to further reduce the cost and seeks for the outlet from the leading industry are very important problems which mostly areas urgent needs to solve.In view of the above,this thesis is intended to seek out the modern Logistics developing pattern of IAZ based on the way of logistics organization,the way of logistics enterprise running,the way of logistics cooperative and the way of logistics spatial distribution,after researching on the logistics characteristics of different types of IAZs and interaction mechanism between logistics and IAZ.Finally,put above theories to practice for proposals to the logistics development of Suzhou National New &Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone(SND)The thesis includes five chapters.Chapter 1 discourses background and significance, development history of Modern Logistics,relevant theories studied at home and abroad.Chapter 2 carrries on analysis to the foundation and characteristic of IAZ Logistics system,seeking out the interaction mechanism between logistics and IAZ.Chapter 3 discusses the typical development types and their Logistics activity characteristics of IAZ.Raising an issue on the key analysis framework of Modern Logistics patterns of IAZ.Chapter 4 givs a research in Modern Logistics patterns of different typical IAZs.Chapter 5 takes SND as the example,according to abve relevant theories,analyzing the deficiency of Logistics development in this type of IAZ and then giving concrete suggestions for SND how to develop Modern Logistics in practice.Chapter 6 makes some conclusions.The conclusions as follows deduced on the basis of study:(1)The Modern Logistics Industry developing pattern of IAZ refers to "The general Logistics development strategy as well as compatible with its necessary related operation ways which choosed dy IAZ's own industrial developing mechanism.It is a highly summarization on the IAZ's Logistics development idea." Related four operation ways include the way of logistics organization,the way of logistics enterprise running,the way of logistics cooperative and the way of logistics spatial distribution.(2)The characteristics of production process divisibility and product transportability of IAZ determine that IAZ actually involves a giant and distinct Logistics system.The distinctivenesses include:Logistics overall outsourcing,integration,industry relevance,orientation and network of Logistics direction,synthesis diversity and customization,the stage developing and so on.(3)The types of typic IAZ can be summed up three kinds:the small and medium-sized enterprises Combined type,the center-satellite type,satellite platform type.According to different Logistics activity characteristics of these three IAZ typic types,accordingly,we should carry out three kinds of modern Logistics developing patterns:the alliance purchase-distribution type, supply chain integration type,export-oriented type.(4)SND is being from the pure satellite platform type IAZ to both satellite platform type and center-satellite type coexisting IAZ at present.In this phase,we should carry out integrated Logistics developing pattern of both supply chain integration type and export-oriented type.The innovation of this thesis roots in building an analysis frame of Modern Logistics developing pattern,putting forward three kinds of Modern Logistics developing pattern according to three typic IAZs. |
