Research On The E-commerce Purchasing Management Of Kailuan Energy & Chemical Co.Ltd.

In recent years,with the national strategy of Internet plus and the rapid development of e-commerce,e-commerce enterprises are becoming more and more popular.The implementation of e-commerce procurement has become the reality and strategic move for the enterprises to adapt to the new economic norm,promote reform and innovation.In this paper,we take Kailuan Limited company as an example,through case analysis,comparative study and empirical analysis method,we discusses the problem of purchasing management in electronic commerce.In the course of research,this paper mainly uses the literature analysis,comparative study and case analysis research methods.First of all,through the analysis of the background of electronic commerce,we proposed the importance of e-commerce procurement,reviewed the research progress on electronic commerce both home and abroad,and the electronic commerce related theories,which is the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,through the introduction of the basic situation of Kailuan Limited company,we gave a detailed analysis of the ideas of e-commerce procurement,management system and the form rectification,which shows the company's e-commerce purchase present situation.At the same time,we further found that the e-commerce procurement management of the company is not in place,the management is not standard,such as e-commerce procurement management is still small in size,the inquiry mode is not completely open,the supplier bidding material is not standardized.Finally,according to the purchasing management problems analysis in chapter four,we put forward with relevant suggestions for further improvement,including the formation of large-scale procurement and public bidding,strengthen the development and application of the new technology in security software,improve the margin management efficiency,timely application of supply chain finance financing model of supplier bidding material specification agreement,and optimize supplier management automation.
