Research On Cost Management Of Petroleum Pipeline Construction Enterprises

Through the efforts of more than ten years after the reorganization of the petroleum and petrochemical,and petroleum and petrochemical pipeline construction enterprises in domestic and international business has made considerable progress,more and more international contract oil and gas pipeline construction,and gradually grow into an internationally renowned company specialized.Petroleum and petrochemical group in accordance with the company's positioning,petroleum and petrochemical pipeline construction companies shouldering the responsibility to protect national energy strategy channel and group key construction projects,so cost control is also very necessary.This study was designed with an oil pipeline construction project for the empirical case analysis of construction project cost structure,analyze the status of oil pipeline construction cost management,the findings and conclusions in oil pipeline construction cost management problems proposed oil pipeline construction enterprises to improve cost management strategies,the establishment of good corporate oil pipeline construction project cost management mechanism to promote the healthy growth of the oil pipeline construction project business,saving limited social and economic resources.Attempt to provide a platform for the practical application of the oil pipeline construction project cost control business,business practice to guide the construction project cost management.Cost of oil pipeline construction project currently exist oil pipeline construction enterprises,with wide,long front,direct project cost control difficult to operate;Projects Agency complicated,difficult process management,high overhead costs;complex relationship where relevant Improper mobilize resources,time and high cost.Therefore,this study proposes a range of oil pipeline construction cost management content and principles;strengthen information technology,reducing management aspects,in order to strengthen the management of the project as a cost center solutions.Conclusions of this study for the oil pipeline construction enterprises for effective cost control and management has some inspiration for future researchers also have some reference value.
