| In the sixty’s of last century,the international monetary system,as well as the world’s financial system has undergone profound changes.With the development of international trade,the international business expanded in the commercial banks among countries,promoting the international banking business to a high level.International business as a banking business in the bright younger generation,has many incomparable advantages over the traditional banking business,high,strong profitability,lower risks such as added value.At present,it has become a measure of bank operating performance is also important,bank business income is one of the most significant source.This paper takes the city commercial bank A bank as an example,through the PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and other methods,the internal and external marketing environment of international banking business A analysis,in the choice of basis to poor dissimilation strategy oriented above combined with 4P ’S marketing theory to develop international business for A bank marketing strategy.Then to the above research results to reference,A bank formulate the strategic objectives and determine the strategy and choice.This paper hope that through in-depth research and Analysis on the current situation of international business of A bank,to explore a set of effective international business marketing strategy for the development of its international operations,point out a bright way,but also for the development of other domestic joint-stock banks,international business and provide reference. |
