Research On The Development About Integration Of Port And City Developmentof Lanshan Distric

Since the 19 th century,with the development of industrialization and urbanization,human being have gradually become the economic globalization,countries on the import and export development strategy oriented promotes the coastal economic development,a number of new ports and port cities continue to emerge.The internal relations between port and city,advantage resources through the integration of port and city,the port city and port industry integration,make the industrial,trade,logistics,services and other industry mutual penetration,complement each other,port and surrounding cities in terms of spatial location,industrial structure,economic development,cultural prosperity,comprehensive coordination mechanism,to reflect the pattern of the integration development of port and city.Since set up,Lanshan District developed with the advantages of the port,to accelerate the development of the port industry,the rapid development of economy.At present,Lanshan District of the overall direction of development and functional partitioning schema has been established,urban service function and the basis of the strength of the initial laying,but with the passage of time,the development of Lanshan District entered the bottleneck period.District of Lanshan District,is an important way to explore the integrated development mode of its development.At the same time,examples of Lanshan District is China’s coastal cities a typical,from the case of Lanshan District,other coastal cities of our country to absorb and make use of the experience,so as to promote the development of China’s other coastal cities integration of port city.In this paper,we systematically study the integration of port city development theory,analyse the integration of port city development experience of Rotterdam City,Qingdao city.Discuss the development course and current situation of the integration of port city development of Lanshan District in detail.Using the PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method,we deeply analyse development strengths and weaknesses and analyze the opportunities and threats of Lanshan District integrated development.From aspects of policy,planning and layout,the port industry development and transformation of consciousness and so on,To put forward the development of integration in donggang district harbour city development strategy and implementation safeguard measures of the development of the harbour city integration.
