Today,our society exist kinds of competition.In the final analysis the competition is the talent competition.The financial industry is knowledge-intensive,core talent that is executives play the important role in the financial industry.According to the theory and practice,paying a person better can stimulate the potential to bring more value added to businesses.But how to formulate the pay exactly and consider which factor when formulated the pay have become the focus of research at home and abroad.In 2008,the global financial crisis,the financial industry was at the cusp,although the domestic financial sector was little affected.Mingzhe Ma in Ping An Bank and Newman in Shenzhen Develop Bank receive tens of millions pay a year,this situation put salary problem to the focus of public opinion.Since the talent is extremely important to the financial industry,and how to stimulate executives' compensation plays a great role,so the issues related to the research of executive compensation is the purpose of this research.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore the factors of pay for reasonable compensation mechanism which should be developed to meet the requirements for the purpose of analysis and empirical analysis.First,the paper expounds the theory of senior executives' compensation incentive.Then,the paper analyzes the current situation of China's listed financial executives on compensation.Next,the paper selects 33 financial listing corporations samples from 2009 to 2013 and builds a model.After that,I make some relevant assumptions.Then,the paper reaches descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis and stability inspection.At last,the paper makes the summary and put forward some advises.
